In this project, we took on the challenge of continuing an existing dwelling, adding a first floor of 142 m² and transforming its appearance to achieve an integrated and coherent design. To achieve this, we clad the original façade with wood, unifying its style with the new construction and highlighting the warmth and elegance of the material.
The first floor was designed to maximise the living space while maintaining structural and aesthetic harmony with the original building. This project reflects our ability to adapt customised solutions, combining innovation and respect for the original architecture, to create functional and visually appealing homes.
