The Alba Project, located in Antequera Golf Club, is an industrialised housing development consisting of 8 prefabricated homes ranging from 130 to 160 m², currently under construction. Each unit combines high-precision modular building with an engineered timber structure, achieving a more sustainable, efficient construction process with significantly reduced timelines.
The homes feature contemporary architecture, large windows, open layouts and seamless integration with the sloped terrain. The design of each unit adapts naturally to the landscape, creating a cohesive ensemble that stands out for its modern aesthetics and energy efficiency.
